The hotel is conveniently located near the main square and has excellent public transportation options. Guests have enjoyed the exceptional views and ambiance of the place, while also praising the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. The recent renovations and the proximity to various attractions make it a great choice for business travelers.
Some guests have mentioned that the access to the room can be complicated due to the old building's corridors and multiple doors to pass through.

It has spotless rooms and top location close enough to the city center, Piata Sfatului and Brasov. People who work there are helpful...
Rather small room.

From the moment we met the host and received the keys to the apartment, we were blown away by the friendliness and helpfulness. The location on Muresenilor Street was absolutely mind-blowing, with attractions and restaurants just minutes away. The building itself was jaw-dropping, with its 19th-century style and original features. Although it took a few keys to get to the apartment, it felt safe and tucked away. The bed was super comfortable, with hotel-style linens that made us feel pampered. The bathroom was modern and equipped with dispensers for soap and shower gel, which added to the convenience. The price was great, and the central location made it easy to explore the city. We appreciated the flexibility of a 12 pm check-out and the excellent communication with the host. our stay was absolutely fantastic, and we would definitely recommend it to others.

As a frequent traveler, I often find myself in need of a convenient transit hotel during my journeys. Palazzo in Brasov was the perfect choice for this purpose. Situated just 144 km from the nearest airport, it provided a hassle-free stopover for me. the hotel's location offered easy access to nearby attractions, making it a good option for those looking to explore Brasov.
My stay at Palazzo was marred by one minor issue. The database mentioned a slight presence of a mold smell, which proved to be quite strong during my visit.

Menu for breakfast could use more variety.

I had a wonderful stay at Palazzo in Brasov. The location was perfect, just minutes away from all the attractions and restaurants in the Old Town. The apartment itself was in a beautifully preserved building with original tiling and fixtures, giving it a charming ambiance. The bed was comfortable and the linens were of hotel quality. I also appreciated the modern touch of having soap and shower gel dispensers in the bathroom. The view from the room was really good and I really enjoyed the city view. I highly recommend this hotel.
There were a few minor drawbacks. The coffee provided was only decaf and it would have been nice to have some variation.

The apartment provided a flat-screen TV, which was great for relaxing after a long day of trekking. The private bathroom had free toiletries, a hairdryer, and a shower, making it convenient and comfortable.- The double room had a private entrance, giving us a sense of privacy and independence.- The room was well-equipped with cable TV, perfect for unwinding and catching up on our favorite shows.- The soundproofing in the room ensured a quiet and peaceful sleep.
I personally found the bathrobe unnecessary in the double room, but others might enjoy it.
